Description

Viscounts of the West Kingdom(西國子爵)的背景是王權開始衰退的時期，約於西元980年左右。

我們曾經驍勇的國王開始上貢黃金和土地等歲幣給敵人，選擇祈求和平而非壯大繁榮。
但和平十分地脆弱，當國內貧窮開始蔓延，許多人民開始失去對王權的信心並尋求獨立。
之前從王廷中尋求了好處，身為貴族的我們此時的未來變得曖昧不清，從此必須睿智並迅速的作出判斷。
皇權仍是高高在上，但尋求人民的擁戴才是我們的首要事項，因為權力將會在一夕間有著巨大轉變。


西國子爵這款遊戲的目標是在遊戲結束時獲得最多分數。

分數可以從建造建築、撰寫手稿、在城堡中工作以及新地契中獲得。
玩家開始時有著一群鎮民，但為了往後成長，你很快地就必須去尋找更加有天賦的人才。
每回合鎮民們會周遊於王國中，尋找各個群落中可以提升他們影響力的處所。
遊戲會在王國落入貧窮或繁榮的極點時結束 - 有時可能會兩者共存！
